Legoland California Resort has announced a phased reopening plan.

Park officials said on Friday that they plan to hold park preview days from April 1-12 and officially open all April 15.

As part of the Park Preview Days, visitors will have access to a selection of rides and attractions within Legoland.

On April 15th, the rest of the resort will open… this includes the Sea Life Aquarium and the Lego Chima Water Park.

Access to the resort will be given priority to hotel guests, pass holders and those with existing tickets … at least for the month of April. Due to limited capacity, customers will need to purchase their tickets online in advance.

In addition to the rides, families will also be able to enjoy socializing with distant characters, live entertainment, and several dining options.

“It has been a long and difficult year for all of us and we are extremely happy to be able to start reopening our resort not only to our guests so that they can create family memories, but for our staff who are patiently waiting to return to work. “said Kurt Stocks, president of Legoland California Resort.

Security guidelines will be enforced at all times, which include social distancing, cashless payments, improved cleaning, and face coverings will be required for all guests.

In preparation for its reopening, Legoland Resort will be hiring multiple positions with attractions, a water park, food and drink, retail and hotels, according to park officials. Those who are interested can visit
