Flip or Flop star Christina Haack’s California home at $ 10.3 million
Now she really is “Christina on the Coast”.
Fresh out of her divorce from Ant Anstead – and a life-changing hallucinogenic toad venom trip with her new boyfriend, real estate agent Joshua Hall – HGTV real estate investor Christina Haack has a new home on board $ 10.3 million sea leash at Dana Point, Calif.
The Christina Family Trust purchased the 6,000-square-foot mansion on July 7, according to records, just over two weeks after finalizing her divorce from 42-year-old Wheelers Dealers presenter Anstead.
The five bedroom, 6 ½ bath post-divorce palace has an open floor plan with an expansive large room and formal dining area.
The chef’s kitchen features granite counters, two islands, self-closing cabinets and drawers, a pantry and a beautiful windowed dining area with peaked cathedral ceilings.
The owner’s suite has a fireplace, expansive views, a spa-like bathroom, and a freestanding tub, as listed.
Facilities include a coffered desk, a two-level carpeted cinema room and a billiards room.
The quarter-acre lot overlooks the Pacific Ocean and offers a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating and dining areas. The roof terrace has a large fireplace and additional seating and dining areas.
Listing agent Hanna Karcho-Polselli of Luxury Fine Homes Inc. did not respond to a request for comment. It is not known who represented Haack in the transaction, and his representative declined to comment.
The 38-year-old “Christina on the Coast” star, who is now dating real estate agent Joshua Hall, sparked engagement rumors last week after posting – and deleting – a photo on Instagram with a ring on her hand left.
Haack and Anstead tied the knot in December 2018 and separated in September 2020. Haack and Anstead, who have almost 2-year-old son Hudson London, listed their house together for $ 6 million in April. Anstead is now dating Renée Zellweger.
Haack, whose net worth is unknown, is still working with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, on their HGTV show “Flip or Flop”. She and El Moussa have a 5-year-old son, Brayden, and a 10-year-old daughter, Taylor.
The couple, who married from 2009 to 2018, shared a $ 3 million SoCal home. When they divorced, she traded up to a $ 4.1 million house in Newport Beach. El Moussa remarried “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae Young.
