According to a Dec. 23 report from REBusinessOnline, Houston-based Barvin Investments has acquired the Elan Heights apartment complex at 825 Usener St. in the Woodland Heights neighborhood.

The seller and selling price of the complex, which was developed by South Carolina-based Greystar in 2016, were not disclosed, according to the report.

According to the resort’s Facebook page, Elan Heights offers its guests one- and two-bedroom options as well as amenities such as an on-site fitness studio, yoga room, upscale game room, and lounge. on the roof.

California sandwich shop opens at MKT

As reported in our Nibbles & Sips column last month, Mendocino Farms opened for MKT Heights development on December 14, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
