According to the Los Angeles Times, superstars Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are moving their family to a gorgeous farmhouse, which means the married couple have put their Beverly Hills digs into real estate market for $12.25 million.

the chic 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom Hidden Valley home is an east coast classic located in the state’s most famous zip code. The house has been listed for $13.99 million as of May 2020according to Architectural Digest, but then put it up for rent in a $55,000 per month later.

The couple bought the house in 2014 after getting engaged, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The elegant 7,351 square foot property boasts exceptional features such as oak floors, handcrafted moldings, cook’s kitchen, breakfast nook, mahogany paneled office, wine cellar, sauna, sports hall and a formal dining room. The master suite has floor to ceiling windows and a master bath with a freestanding tub. In the backyard there is a crystal clear swimming pool.

Kunis and Kutcher met on the set of comedy series “That ’70s Show” but didn’t become a fixture until years later.
