Superstars Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are moving their family to a gorgeous farmhouse, according to the Los Angeles Times, which means the married couple has put their Beverly Hills dig on the real estate market for $ 12.25 million.
The chic 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Hidden Valley home is a traditional East Coast classic located in the state’s most famous zip code. The home was listed for $ 13.99 million in May 2020, according to Architectural Digest, but then listed it for rent at $ 55,000 per month later.
The couple bought the house in 2014 after getting engaged, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The elegant 7,351 square foot property boasts remarkable features such as oak flooring, handcrafted moldings, a chef’s kitchen, dining area, mahogany paneled office, wine cellar, sauna, private dining room, gym and formal dining room. The master suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and a master bathroom with a freestanding tub. In the courtyard there is a crystal clear swimming pool.
