A look at the suites at the California resort that Dallas-based Braemar Hotels & Resorts has purchased

Dallas-based Braemar Hotels & Resorts, a REIT focused on investing in luxury hotels and resorts, announced last week the opening of a new guest villa in Yountville, California. And a stay in the villa will only cost you $ 9,000 a night.

According to a press release from Braemar, the hotel company announced last week the opening of its presidential villa at Bardessono Hotel & Spa in California, which can be booked as an entire villa or three separate luxury suites.

Each suite includes a guest bedroom, king bedroom, spa bathrooms, courtyard and personalized butler service, the release said.

The entire Presidential Villa comprises 3,075 square feet and includes three bedrooms. This whole suite is available at $ 9,000 a night. Separately, the three bedrooms of the suite are named Villa Flint, Villa Jaspe and Villa Quartole.

Flint Villa measures 1,175 square feet and includes a private spa plunge pool, outdoor fireplace, indoor fireplace, dining area, and several 65-inch TVs, the release said. This suite costs $ 2,500 per night.

Although a little smaller, the 1,120-square-foot Jasper Villa also includes a plunge pool and indoor fireplace, as well as a dining area that seats up to six, according to a statement. The sleeping area has a king-size bed and spa bathroom, as well as a 49-inch pull-out TV. This suite costs $ 3,000 a night.

Finally, the Quartole Villa also offers a private plunge pool, an outdoor fireplace, a wine fridge and an indoor fireplace. The dining room can accommodate up to eight people and the bedroom includes a spa bathroom. This suite costs $ 3,500 per night.

Across the property, guests can find 65 rooms and suites built with sustainability in mind, the statement said. One of only two LEED Platinum hotels in California – and one of only five LEED Platinum hotels in the United States – this hotel offers an on-site restaurant and bar, spa, fitness center, and swimming pool on the roof.

Carbon fiber bikes and Lexus hybrid cars are available to customers.

“While our existing rooms and suites in Bardessono are incredibly spacious, the comfort and seclusion of our new Presidential Villa in Maple Grove elevates our offering to make the Bardessono Hotel & Spa the predominant luxury option in the Napa Valley area. Richard J. Stockton, Chairman and CEO of Braemar, said in a statement.
